In the report of the National Sleep Foundation, 49 percent of Americans report having sleep problems. We have a hard time sleeping or remaining asleep, or both. We need sleep: It’s the time where our body is able to repair its physical and mental health, and lack of sleep causes serious health issues. 1. Be careful eating

Have a lighter dinner at least 2 hours prior to bed. Limit sugar intake at night and stop late-night eating.
